How to Choose the Right Business Laptop for Your Team
Choose laptops by employee workload, security requirements and lifecycle—not by one specification or a familiar model name alone.
Start with the employee’s workload and working environment, then select the specification. For most office teams, a modern business-class laptop with 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD is a strong baseline, but the processor, form factor, ports, security and support must still fit the role.
